This loan program is ideal for a borrower who wants to maximize on the mortgage interest deduction against their personal income taxes.
Freedom Loan – Our Freedom loan program allows the homeowner flexibility in the amount they can pay each month on their mortgage. This loan program allows the borrower to pay lower monthly payments as needed and they can make larger payments at anytime should the borrower want to do so.
