I wanted to take a moment to thank you for assisting us with our home refinance. With the change in the economy and the down turn in the real estate market here in Southern California, we were very concerned we were not going to be able to refinance due to limited equity. As you know, our situation was very serious. We were in an interest only adjustable rate loan that was due to convert to a principal and interest variable rate payment in the near future.
Our current lender did not have any loan options for us. Our neighbor had worked with you in the past and was very pleased with the level of service they received. I want to thank you for your proactive approach with educating your clients in changes with the loan business and mortgage rates. With our busy lifestyles its hard to stay up on these trends and unless you are looking to buy or refinance a home, one would not have any reason to seek out this type of information.
